Hanover House
CHECK IN: 3pm till 10pm
CHECK OUT: By 11am. NO lATE CHECK OUT available. Please check out on time.
GUESTS: up to 5 guests maximum (5th bed is a sofa-bed). Ideal for families.
THE HOUSE: Hanover House has 2 bedrooms, 1 with twin single beds and a large walk in wardrobe and 1 standard double bedroom. There is also a comfortable corner sofa bed in the lounge for the 5th person. 1 upstairs bathroom and 1 downstairs toilet. It is open plan with kitchen, lounge, dining area opening into the secluded garden Conservatory Garden Room with covered dining & seating area.
AMENITIES: Anytime self check in from 3pm till 10pm, Garden Room, Hair Dryer, Towels, Iron, Ironing board, Wi-Fi, Tea, Fresh coffee, Shampoo, Body-wash, Electric fans, Plantation shutters, Cot & highchair, Full catering equipment, Choice of great shops and cafes on the doorstep.

ENERGY ALLOWANCE
Energy allowance of £5 per day is provided. Guests are required to pay any excess of this amount used. Energy can be monitored via the smart meter in the property. A Deposit of £10 per day Oct- April £5 per day May- Sept will be taken when booking is confirmed to cover excess usage over the £5 provided daily allowance. At the end of the stay data from energy used will be totalled and then a refund from the deposit or extra charge depending on the usage. £5 provided allowance per day covers basic energy usage.
GARDEN: Bi-fold doors open from the kitchen to create a courtyard conservatory plant filled garden room with a covered dining area for use in all weathers. The space benefits from afternoon sunshine to enjoy on benches planted with bamboo. We ask guests not to use this space after 10pm as the neighbours may be disturbed after this time.
AREA: Hanover, locally is affectionately known locally as Muesli Mountain, Brighton’s artistic quarter very popular with families and creative people! Known for its great pubs and cafes, just a short walk from a choice of beautiful parks, the Laines and central Brighton. Ideal for family and friends sharing. There is a healthy corner shop, pub and excellent cafe just steps away but it’s still quiet and residential.
LOCATION: See map below. 15 minutes from Brighton train station and 20 minutes to the pier walking. £7 taxi to centre. On the bus route with buses every 5/10 minutes from £2.
