THE HOUSE: As featured in Real Homes Magazine and The Metro newspaper it’s the ideal location for your special occasion! Number34Brighton has 5 bedrooms; 2 king size, 2 doubles and 1 twin room. There are 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet. The Loft bedroom is en-suite. The Kitchen/diner sits up to 10 guests. Rooms can be viewed individually on the the Number34Brighton B&B tab: Loft, Gold, Silver, Copper and Wood. The house and garden benefits from being split level, which creates a range of different spaces for guests giving you privacy and seclusion if you want it but also offers great communal spaces to come together.
GARDEN: The conservatory space with it’s bi-fold doors opens into the garden which is sun drenched all day with amazing sunsets and views. There’s an outdoor, undercover, heated dining area and secluded garden Sauna. Being very keen gardeners too we have lots of plants and secret garden to explore, where we grow our own fruit and vegetables. *The roof garden is unfortunately not for guest access for safety reasons.
PARKING: Unrestricted on street free parking Saturday and Sunday only. Parking restrictions in place Monday - Friday, so parking permits are required and can be purchased for £18 per day. There is no free on street parking in Brighton and weekends can be busy, so you may need to park a street or 2 away. Using a car in Brighton is increasingly difficult so if possible come without your car and take advantage of the great cycle lanes, bike scheme, buses and taxis!
AMENITIES: Breakfast, Garden, Balcony, Conservatory, Hair Dryers, Towels, Bathrobes, Iron, Ironing board, Full self catering facilities, Wi-Fi, Tea selection, Fresh coffee, Shampoo, Body-wash, Electric fans, Eye masks and Ear plugs.
CATS: Jackie, Joan and Cilla are our resident host cats! They are very friendly and take care of themselves. They spend their time in the kitchen, conservatory and gardens. They don’t go into guest rooms so guests with allergies don’t usually get affected due to our high standards of cleanliness, however would recommend bringing anti allergen if using the conservatory.

AREA: Number34Brighton is located in a quiet residential area that benefits from some of the best views in Brighton. There are plenty of local shops, supermarkets and bars to choose from and still close enough to walk, taxi or bus into central Brighton.
STYLE: At Number34Brighton we've created an individual, and homely interior, using locally sourced materials which have been recycled and reworked to give a new purpose. We love to find new uses for unloved vintage items which give our home character and warmth. We've had great fun in designing Number34Brighton! It’s a fun space, combining our love of interior design with a very British feel and what can be more British than HRH The Queen oh and of course the cats!
KITCHEN ACCESS: Homemade Continental Style Breakfast before 10.30am, Fridge and Freezer, Microwave. Kitchen access is limited to the above as this is a working kitchen so only available to heat or serve a meal and all guest are kindly requested to leave the kitchen as they find it, clean and tidy for other guests.
BREAKFAST: Self service before 10.30am. Homemade preserves, bread, crumpets, muesli, oats, nuts, dried and fresh fruit, yoghurt, milk, milk alternative, fresh oranges for squeezing, fresh coffee and tea selection. Gluten Free and vegan options if requested.
HOSTS: We have a dedicated team to look after you located next door so there’s always someone available if you need us day or night!
LOCATION: See map below. 20 minutes from Brighton train station and 30 minutes to the pier walking. £8 taxi to centre. On the main bus route with buses every few minutes from £2.

I stayed in Sliver room, Copper room and Loft during my first arrival. Number34 is a very warming and friendly house. Love all the decorations which were decorated in detail and full of love. The cats are really cute!! Cilla would always be waiting with her feather to play! Miss Jackie and Cilla so much. Seb is a really nice host, always be polite and smiling. Looking forward to the next visit . Thank you :)
